These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and any purchases made through it. This website is operated by The Pink Formula (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase the products offered under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Product Disclosure & Acknowledgment of Risk

The products sold by The Pink Formula, including but not limited to Tirzepatide and other peptide products, are sourced from the grey market and is not FDA approved in the Philippines. 

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Tirzepatide and peptide products may carry known and unknown risks and side effects, including but not limited to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal issues, if not used properly.

• Long-term effects may not be fully known.

• You are fully aware of these risks prior to purchase.
  
  By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you have conducted your own research, understand the potential side effects and risks, and voluntarily assume full responsibility for the use, handling, and storage of these products.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Pink Formula does not provide medical guidance. You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare professional before using any product purchased from this website.

4. Assumption of Liability & Waiver

By making a purchase, you expressly agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of any product sold by The Pink Formula.
  
  

• The Pink Formula, its owners, affiliates, employees, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, loss, or damage—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use or misuse of any product.

5. No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• The Pink Formula does not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, adverse reactions, shipping delays, or incorrect use.
  
  

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to you. The Pink Formula makes no representation regarding the legality of these products in your jurisdiction.

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT & CLAIMS POLICY

To protect both the customer and The Pink Formula, the following requirements apply to all orders without exception.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

All customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening their package.

The video must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• The video must be continuous, uncut, and unedited

• The video must be recorded from a clear, full-angle view

• At the start of the video, the entire package/box must be clearly shown

• The package must be shown before opening, with:

  • The plastic wrapping fully intact

  • All sides of the box visible

• The video must clearly show:

  • The opening of the package

  • The contents inside the package

  • Any alleged issue (missing, damaged, or incorrect item)

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the automatic denial of any refund, replacement, or claim.

2. Purpose of Video Evidence

The unboxing video is required to protect customer rights in the event of:

• Missing items

• Incorrect items

• Damaged products
  
  

No claims will be reviewed or honored without a valid unboxing video that meets the standards outlined above.

3. Shopee Orders – Acceptance & Claim Deadlines

For all orders placed through Shopee, the following additional conditions apply:

• Orders must be accepted/confirmed within 24 hours of delivery
  
  

• Any unboxing video required for a replacement or claim must be:
  
  

  • Submitted within 24 hours of delivery
    
    

  • Clear, complete, and compliant with the unboxing requirements stated above
    
    

Claims submitted after 24 hours, or without proper video documentation, will not be accepted.

4. No Exceptions Policy

The Pink Formula will not issue refunds, replacements, or compensation for:

• Failure to provide an unboxing video
  
  

• Edited, cut, unclear, or partial videos
  
  

• Videos that do not show the full package before opening
  
  

• Late submissions beyond the stated timeframes
  
  

These requirements are strictly enforced with no exceptions.

5. Agreement Upon Purchase

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the unboxing video requirement
  
  

• You accept all deadlines and conditions stated above
  
  

• You waive any right to a refund or replacement if these requirements are not met
